Refund policy

Your satisfaction drives our mission. Unused VIDA SALUDA Hydrogen Water Bottles in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, contact our team with your order number and reason. Exclusions: Opened/used bottles (hygiene reasons), damaged items due to misuse, or accessories with wear. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. For defective products, we’ll expedite replacements, simply provide photos/videos of the issue.
